Wading into the Floodwaters
After 40 years of wandering in the wilderness, the Promised Land was in sight. But between the Hebrew people and the land of Canaan lay an obstacle – the surging waters of the River Jordan. There was no bridge. They had no boat. Would they trust their new leader, Joshua, and follow God’s invitation to step into the waters?
Join us on Sunday as we explore our struggle to trust God’s promises, and God’s propensity to exceed our expectations when we do! Our Scripture passage will be Joshua 3:7-17. We will also celebrate the Sacrament of the Lord’s Supper. Please join us in the sanctuary or online.
